David is a recognized leader in field of strategic pricing and delivers seminars worldwide on a variety of pricing-related topics. He and SPA have been featured in a variety of publications including The Wall Street Journal, IMARK NOW Magazine, Industrial Supply Magazine, Inside Business Magazine, Modern Distribution Management, and many industry publications. Prior to founding SPA, David worked for Booz & Co as a management consultant responsible for pricing and marketing strategy and worked as a line pricing manager for IBM Credit Corporation. He earned a BA from Oberlin College in Economics and Government and an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan.

Ryan Elliott, Vice President at Customer Experience of Tour de Force

With over 17 years of experience in Software Support, Development, and Consulting, Ryan has been with Tour de Force since 2013. He began his career with us as a Business Consultant and has since held various key positions including Senior Application Engineer and Senior Product Manager. Ryan received both his Bachelors in Computer Science and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Findlay.

His promotion to Vice President of Customer Experience has delved him almost completely inside the world of our customers to assist them with their challenges and business processes.
