A typical organization will attend and host a multitude of events on a yearly basis. A Sales team will regularly host webinars or online demos a few times a month and a Marketing team will run several campaigns each quarter. Your customer service team will host training sessions a few times a year. How does your company track the expenses associated with each event? Who attended which event? Was there a particular session of the event better attended than another? What was the ROI for each event, or for all events that took place during the year? How does your company untangle your sticky web of events?
The Tour de Force Solution contains many helpful features to help clients manage and regulate different areas of their business. The Event Manager is a Tour de Force marketing feature that gives an organization the ability to create and manage the Events that they host or participate in, while also giving visibility to the Return on Investment of that Event.
What constitutes an Event in Tour de Force? Anything like tradeshows, webinars, training events, open houses, counter days, product releases, advertising campaigns, email/direct mailing campaigns, or any other type of Event a company might wish to track. The Event Manager allows an organization to create an invitation list, enroll attendees into sessions, plan and record all details of the Event, track that Event’s Expenses, and track the outcome (pipeline and closed sales) resulting from the Event.
Additional options a user has with the Event Manager is the ability to create new Events directly from Microsoft Outlook, or link that Event to something else in the Tour de Force Solution. Options for items to link would be Accounts, Appointments, Contacts, Leads, Expenses, Opportunities, Quotes, and more!
Did you know…. That the Tour de Force Event Manager has the ability to display events on your website? If your website is hosted by WordPress, this is an awesome benefit of the Event Manager. Inside the module, you have the option to control the web visibility of the Event and have it display on any page you choose!
