Asset Management

The Asset Management feature in Tour de Force allows organizations to enter and track information related to company-owned assets. These assets can range from laptops allocated to company employees to product samples allocated to Customers or Prospects.

The Asset form is completely configurable to your company and its needs.

Be Efficient

  • Create new Assets or review existing Assets directly from Microsoft Outlook.

  • Track any and all Asset information that is important to your organization through the unlimited use of user-defined fields and/or categories.
  • Create custom Asset lists and reports with the use of extensive filtering capabilities which allow you to filter on any field found in an Asset.

Contract Management

Contracts in Tour de Force allow a company to track contracts for products or services sold. Contract records are useful for case management and registration for products and services sold to customers, partnerships with vendors, and other business relationships.

Be Efficient

  • Create and auto-populate new Contracts directly from the Contract item in Tour de Force using document templates.

Be Effective

  • Track any and all Contract information that is important to your organization through the unlimited use of user-defined fields and/or categories.
  • Create custom Contract lists and reports with the use of extensive filtering capabilities which allow you to filter on any field found in a Contract.

Incentives Tracking

The Incentives Tracking Module in Tour de Force is used to create and track Incentive and Loyalty/Rewards programs. Incentives are most commonly used by Distributors that sell to Professional Contractors to incentivize those customers to buy certain products or product lines by rewarding them for those purchases.

Tour de Force’s advanced CRM integrates to an organization’s ERP system, automatically bringing over the sales data that is used to calculate the accumulation of “points” or “rewards” used in an incentive program. The Incentives Tracking module allows you to build a set of rules and then track the accumulation of those points or rewards according to the tenets of your specific program.

Be Efficient

  • Organizations that utilize Incentive Programs are typically unable to find an automated way to keep track of the Incentives earned, and instead are forced to manually manage all aspects of the program using spreadsheets and data from multiple applications. With the Incentives Tracking module, all Incentives are automatically calculated once the program has been created.

Quote Management

The Tour de Force Quote Manager gives an organization the ability to quickly create Quotes and link those Quotes to Accounts, Contacts, or Opportunities. These Quotes are intended to allow an organization to easily and efficiently provide customers with Quick Quotes for pricing and availability.

Sales Goals and Planning

The Sales Planning module in Tour de Force provides an easy and convenient way for you to analyze your sales data and set goals based upon your sales, profit, and growth objectives. Tour de Force’s advanced CRM integrates to your ERP system, providing full access to actual sales data. The Sales Planning module then allows creation of sales goals by territory, region, customer account, and/or salesperson.  The module also allows for creation of sales goals by product group, revenue category, or vendor for each territory, region, customer account, or salesperson.

These sales goals provide real time analysis throughout the year on actual versus goal without any manual updates to the plans.

Every organization has different methods and objectives when they create their sales goals for the upcoming year. The Sales Planning Module in Tour de Force was developed with a high level of flexibility necessary to accommodate these varying objectives, and can currently accommodate over 43 different methods of Sales Planning.

Support Management

Support Management in Tour de Force is a versatile feature that can be configured to meet the business needs of service departments and organizations that provide Technical Support or Value Added Services to prospects, customers, dealers, and other business relationships. The Support form allows customer service representatives and support technicians to efficiently track and manage all details related to a support or service request.

  • Easily assign Support requests to other users, and track their progress.

Ticket Management

Tickets in Tour de Force allow an organization to create and maintain Tickets related to internal issues that arise. The manner in which Tour de Force Tickets are utilized is completely dependent on the organization utilizing them. Tickets are most commonly used to manage IT related issues, Customer Support issues, or problems that arise with the products or services that an organization provides.

Workflow Management

The Workflow Manager is a project management feature that is used to create company workflows in order to track milestones in relation to a project or process.  For example, if a Company is going to release a new product line the Workflow Manager could be used to create the project workflow in relation to each milestone.  The Workflow Manager can also be used to manage complex projects, implementation, engineering design processes, etc. Roles can be assigned to internal Tour de Force users as well as to external contacts in order to help users keep track of their responsibilities in relation to getting the new product line released.

  • The Workflow Manager allows you to track the time and progress of a project through the use of roles, milestones, and work items, allowing you to efficiently and effectively manage projects and deliverables.

Funnel Management

The Funnel Manager in Tour de Force is a tool that gives an organization the ability to analyze and evaluate their sales funnel or sales pipeline. Using the Funnel Manager, sales representatives, sales teams, sales managers, and executive leaders can efficiently measure their sales funnels and make the appropriate changes to their sales processes.

Summary View

The Summary View allows a user to analyze the historical results at any level of the organization, by sales representative, branch office, territory, region, or across the organization at the corporate level. Within the Summary View, a user can analyze historical results in yearly, quarterly, or monthly increments.

Group Analysis

The Group Analysis allows a user to select any field that is available on an Opportunity, such as primary vendor, salesman id, branch, close probability, or sales stage, and create a sales funnel based upon that field and the projected close date of the Opportunity. Within the Group Analysis, the funnel can be viewed by week, month, quarter, or year.

Detailed Analysis – Grid View

The Detailed Analysis – Grid View allows a user to create an unlimited number of views of their Sales Funnel in a grid format. These views can be created by filtering on any combination of fields found on an Opportunity, and can be saved for future use.

TDF API

Tour de Force offers a comprehensive Application Programming Interface, or API. The API is not a piece of software: it is an interface that allows you to develop 3rd party integrations between Tour de Force and other applications and websites.

The usage of the API is highly flexible and can be used in a wide variety of ways. The most common use of the API is to create websites that are able to interact with the Tour de Force database, for example, a section of your website that allows your customers to update their contact information, sign up for training events, log requests for support or service, etc.
