Matt Hartman

President and CEO

Bio: Matt is the founder and chief architect of the Tour de Force solution. He began his career in 1987 working in his family’s wholesale electrical distributor, The FES Corporation. In 1994, Matt took over the daily operations of the distributor and pioneered the rapid growth of the distributor through the utilization of technology. Between 1993 and 1997 Matt was able to double the annual revenues and earnings at FES. In 1997, The FES Corporation reached its pinnacle with annualized revenues of approximately $15 million per year and over 50 employees before being sold to McNaughton & McKay Electric Company for nearly $8 million. During the process of selling The FES Corporation, Matt started a software consulting, development, and training company, FESTech Software Solutions. Between 1997 and 2000, FESTech grew from start up to nearly $4 million in annualized revenue with three regional offices and just over 40 employees. During the collapse of the technology market in 2000-2001 FESTech went through significant downsizing before, in October of 2001, Matt spun off the development arm of FESTech that was focused on the development of the Tour de Force product and started Tour de Force, Inc. The sole focus of Tour de Force, Inc. was to continue the development of the Tour de Force software application. In addition to the three companies already mentioned, Matt has been involved in various other businesses and has served on various boards of directors. He possesses a very broad understanding of technology, distribution, manufacturing, corporate finance, banking, property management and equipment leasing. The knowledge gained through each of these various business experiences position Matt very well to lead Tour de Force, Inc. into the future.

Randy Merer

Chief Financial Officer

 

Bio: Randy Merer joined the Tour de Force team in 2017. Randy has a tremendous amount of experience in finance. Most recently, Randy served as the Director of Information Technology at Libbey Inc., a global distributor of glassware. Prior to joining Libbey Inc., Randy held various finance leadership positions at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, the Institute of Internal Auditors, Deloitte & Touche LLP, and Arthur Andersen. Randy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School.

Trent Thompson

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

 

Bio: Trent Thompson joined the Tour de Force team in 2016. Trent brought 16 years of sales experience, as both an individual producer and as a sales manager. Prior to joining Tour de Force, Trent spent 14 years in the banking industry, leading sales process initiatives in the commercial and retail banking divisions for Key Bank and Fifth Third Bank. Trent has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Toledo.

Jeremy Scheiderer

Vice President of Development Operations

 

Bio: Jeremy has over 15 years of experience in IT and Software Development, and has been with Tour de Force, Inc. since 2009. Before starting at Tour de Force he owned his own Computer repair business for 6 years. Jeremy was hired in 2009 to take over the internal IT and become a member of the Support team. Since then he has held different Management Positions on the Tour de Force team, expanding his knowledge and expertise until his promotion to Vice President of Development in early 2017. In mid 2017, Jeremy received another promotion to Vice President of Development Operations.
